Daly has been going strong for over 100 years! First established in 1907 we have stood the test of time.
The IMC building at Warwick University is purpose built for the International Manufacturing Centre within the University Campus.
It consists of general office space, meeting rooms, laboratories and workshops together with associated welfare facilities.

The heating and cooling services are provided by the site wide district heating and cooling supplies and serves the various fan coil units and heating/cooling batteries around the building. The domestic hot water is provided by local direct fired gas water heaters and together with the incoming cold water supplies the sanitary ware located throughout the building.
Ventilation is provided to the various areas by air handling units located in the plant room and distributed by means of sheet metal ductwork. The whole installation is directly linked to the university's central control system.
